Ophthalmology Workshop Johnson & Johnson — Session 2

This practical, interactive course guides trainee practitioners through their first steps in contact lens fitting and cataract surgery, the management of blepharitis, and performing ocular sutures.

  • Describe cataract surgery and its various implants
  • Identify the management of complex cataract surgery cases
  • Explain and apply the principles of contact lens fitting
  • Practise cataract surgery techniques
  • Develop team performance through communication

Prerequisites

Ophthalmology residents from their 3rd semester onwards
