HelpMeSee Training Courses

Our training revolves around the HelpMeSee Eye Surgery Simulator, a state-of-the-art VR tool delivering high-fidelity realism. The simulator offers a controlled practice environment mirroring real surgery, aiding novice and experienced surgeons alike. Our Simulation-Based Learning System features instructor-led courseware with standardized steps and complications, fostering proficiency measured by objective scores. Certified mentors enhance the learning journey.

Phacoemulsification

This 5-day training course navigates you through each intricate stage of the phacoemulsification procedure – from the initial clear corneal incision to the emulsification of the nucleus, the implantation of a foldable intraocular lens, and the final closure of the surgery through wound hydration.

Vitrectomy

This instructor-led course at our HelpMeSee training center covers the treatment of posterior capsular rupture, Pars Plana approach.

Complications

Participants will learn techniques such as ACIOL implantation, sphincterotomy and capsular tension ring (CTR) implantation.

Suturing

This instructor-led course covers suturing a scleral tunnel. Gain cognitive skills and develop psychomotor skills by mastering the four crucial steps to suture a scleral tunnel.

MSICS - Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery Course

This simulation-based training course is designed to develop and enhance MSICS surgical skills. Trainees receive over 24 hours of practice on the HelpMeSee Eye Surgery Simulator. The course covers all surgical steps required to complete the MSICS procedure and includes the interactive MSICS eBook. It is beneficial for those interested in developing competency or improving existing MSICS surgical skills.
