We are pleased to announce that, for the first time, the European Symposium on Vascular Biomaterials is a spring meeting

The 2023 ESVB Symposium will be held on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd April, 2023. This edition will focus on discussions about the last trends in technologies that will influence our today and tomorrow’s practice.

The meeting is organized every 2 years since 2001 by the GEPROMED, previously known as GEPROVAS, a non-profit organization that promotes transdisciplinary research in the field of cardiovascular biomaterials. This meeting brings together physiciansresearchers and companies, to share knowledge about cardiovascular biomaterials and is a unique opportunity to better understand the current in the field.

This year's topics are :

  • Did you say stent?
  • Inside the stents
  • The potential of imaging
  • Biocompatibility and calcification issues
  • Vessel structure
  • Stent graft: long-term behavior
  • Stent graft: interaction issues
  • The potential of tissue engineering
  • Innovation round table
